RIDER FEEDBACK

Title VI Information

Although no one likes to admit it, from time to time, every employee has a bad day, forgets a procedure, or doesn’t understand something and it affects their work. When this happens at BTS, we encourage our partners and passengers to let us know as quickly as possible.

It doesn’t always mean that a driver or staff member is going “to get into trouble”. Many times, a mistake or error simply means we need to reinforce a policy or re-educate staff on a procedural change. As everyone knows, problems compound and get blown out of proportion when they are left unaddressed. Therefore, we ask our passengers and our partners to let us know as quickly as possible when something is amiss.

When such a situation does arise, there are two ways to communicate these problems to us. The simplest way to register a complaint is to simply call us at (608) 364-2870. These comments are then referred to and addressed by our supervisory staff accordingly.

Another option is to send a written complaint to us addressed to Michelle Gavin, Director, Beloit Transit System, 1225 Willowbrook Rd., Beloit, WI 53511.

When a passenger files a written complaint, our staff will investigate the matter, and notify you as to what resolution will occur.

At Beloit Transit System, everyone is committed to the safety of our passengers, first and foremost. We encourage honest feedback to insure we are doing our jobs to the highest standards in the industry.
