Beloit Transit and the Janesville Transit System jointly operate service between the two cities year round Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The route runs between the Beloit Transit Transfer Facility, through the Janesville Downtown Transfer Center, and extends north to the Rock County Complex on Highway 14 in Janesville.
Stops are made at all locations along the route, as well as at the Rock County Job Center, UW-Rock County, Blackhawk Technical College, Rock Valley Community Programs, Rock County institutions, Kandu Industries (select trips), Arrow Park and Riverfront, Inc. The route also connects with both Beloit Transit and Janesville Transit local routes. How to transfer from the Beloit/Janesville Express: When you board the BJE bus and pay a regular cash fare or use a BJE punch pass (without a transfer from a Beloit City Route bus), you may request a free transfer, which will allow you to continue your ride on a connecting Beloit City Route bus.
